100 የአፍሪካ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ ወጣቶች

100 የአፍሪካ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ ወጣቶች

ሊዲንግ ፒአር ንድ ሬቲንግ ፈርም የተባለ ድርጅት ከአቫንስ ሚዲያ እና የአፍሪካ አዋርድ  በአምስተኛው አመታዊ ህትመት ላይ እ.ኤ.አ በ2020 አ.ም 100 የአፍሪካ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ ወጣቶች ዝርዝር በይፋ አሳውቆ በተለያዩ መስኮች ላይ የሚገኙትን የአፍሪካ ወጣቶች የላቀ ተግባር ለሀገራቸው ያበረከቱትን እውቅና ሰጥቷል፡፡

በዚህ ዝርዝር ውስጥ የሚገኙ 49 ሴቶች እና 51 ወንዶች ከ29 የአፍሪካ ሀገራትን ወክለዋል፡፡

ከዚህ በፊት ከተመረጡት ውስጥ ዴቪዶ፣ፒስ ሃይድ ፣ቦቢ ዋይን ፣አይ ቼቤ ፣ካስተር  ሴሜና፣ክላሜት ቼንጅ አክቲቪስት ቫኔሳ ናካት እና ኒስሪን ኤሊሳም ይገኙበታል፡፡

በዚህ ዝርዝር ውስጥ በአህጉሩ የሚገኙ 7 ወጣት ሚኒስትሮች ተካተዋል፡፡ እንደ አንጎላ ፋይናንስ ሚኒስቴር ቫራ እስፔርናካ ዶስ ሳንቶስ ፣የሩዋንዳ አይሲቲ ሚኒስቴር  ፓውላ ኢጋቤር፣የሱዳን የወጣቶች ሚኒስቴር ዋላላ ኤሳም አል ቦሺ ትሪኦፍለስ ተጠቃሽ ናቸው፡፡

ናይጅሪያ ትልቁን 21 የአፍሪካ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ ወጣቶች ያስመረጠች ሀገር ስትሆን ጋና ፣ኬኒያእና ደቡብ አፍሪካ 10  ወጣቶችን በማስመረጥ ሪከርድ አግኝተዋል፡፡

በ2020 ላይ የወጣው የተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ አዋርድ እውቅና ሌሎችም በማስተዋል የተለያዩ ብቃቶቻቸውን እንዲያወጡ የሚያስገድድ እንዲሆን ታስቦ ነው፡፡

 በሌሎች አህጉራት ውስጥ የሚገኙም ወጣት አመራሮች ንፁኅ መንፈስ ባለው አመራር እና ራስ ወዳድ ያልሆነ ድርጊትን እንዲፈፅሙ በማሰብ እና ወጣቶችን ለጥሩ  ነገር  እንዲነሳሱ  ለማድረግ ነው ብለዋል የአቫንስ ሚድያ ኃላፊዎች፡፡

ይህ የ2020 እውቅና ዝርዝር በመጀመሪያ ታቅዶ የነበረው በአፍሪካ ህብረት የአፍሪካ ወጣቶች ክብረ-በዓል ላይ እንዲከበር እና ወደ ሌላም አህጉራት እንዲዳረስ  ነበር፡፡

የዚህ እውቅና መመዘኛዎች ደግሞ ብቃት ያለው አመራር  ፣የግል ስኬቶቻቸው፣ለሌሎች እውቀትና ልምዳቸውን የማካፈል ቁርጠኝነታቸው፣ያላቸውን ፅናት እና ጥንካሬ መሆናቸው ታውቋል፡፡
